Company Summary: Flyght is a platform-as-a-service company who provides unified technology to restaurants, retailers, hotels and self-storage facilities across the United States and Canada. Wondering what this As-A-Service thing is? We provide technical solutions, mostly cloud-based, that unify the entire technology stack in the businesses we serve. We aim to help these businesses flourish and remove worry from the technical parts of their work. We have customers in over 26 states and have been in business for 14 years. We currently save our customers over 60,000 hours automating the technology in our customers’ businesses, and expect to grow by over 40% in 2020.
Job Summary: Flyght is looking for a technically proficient, motivated, and kind individual who has proven B2B technical sales experience to cultivate and nurture high-level relationships from the lead to close stage in the customer life-cycle.
About a Successful Candidate: Dogs love you. Kids love you. The mother of every single one of your ex’s STILL loves you. You are honest, almost to a fault. When someone says the word integrity, you start soapboxing about what that ACTUALLY means. Your ethics and drive are something that your friends and family admire about you. You love nerdy things, and you love figuring out creative ways to solve complex issues. Strangers would describe you as, “funny, but kind and incredibly respectful.” The level of fear at which most humans break seems to be your sweet spot for existence, and getting told, “No” is just motivation for the next, “Yes.” You LOVE good food, get all the references we’ll inevitably make about Silicon Valley, and think the debate between using commas versus tabs is irrelevant (except it’s not, people that use spaces are inhuman.) Most importantly, you wake up each day promising to be your best self. On another note, one member of our team is into The Jonas Brothers, but no one else in the office can say the same. Liking The Jonas Brothers isn’t necessarily going to make or break your employment with Flyght, but we hear TJB fans are like horses – they’re social creatures and need camaraderie and love to survive. Might you be the Trigger to our proverbial Roy Rogers?
